For Live events /Live webinars :
1 No cancellation or refund if the candidate doesn’t attend due to any particular reason
2 Candidate must inform atleast 24 hour prior to beginning of the event / live webinar for a refund in which case he/she will be eligible for a full refund
For Online Courses/Virtual Courses :
Refund/Cancellation not allowed after purchase for any particular reason as complete access is given immediately for the content. Refund may be given if decided by company in exceptional cases.
For Books and Physical items :
Full refund on cancellation of the order after item is returned to the seller minus the shipping fee.
